Back Squat Rep Test – Choose a weight you believe you can hit for 8-12 reps. If you hit less than 8 reps last week, lower weight. If you hit between 8 and 15, repeat weight and beat score. If you beat 15 reps, up weight.

Snatches – L: 75/55; Spl: 135/95; S: 155/105
*If/when you finish, add 20/10lbs and repeat. This can turn into a low-back pump if you’re not technically proficient with your snatches. Keep your butt down and use your legs.
