Strength Cycle: Open Prep Cycle – Week 2 of 4

Max Cleans @ 70% of 1RM Power Clean

*These can be Power, Squat, or a mix of both. If you’re not sure of your 1RM, then base it off 30-20lbs more than the Clean Complex we hit two weeks ago. We’re shooting for reps of 18-20, 12-15, and 6-10 in each section.

Row 500/400m or Bike 1000/800m or 100 DU
12 Pullups; Spl: C2B; S: BMU/RMU
24 DB Snatch – L: 30/20; Spl: 50/35; S: 70/50
*Cap = 16min. The DB Snatches are very heavy today, and will likely slow down most people. Don’t be afraid to challenge yourself there with a weight you wouldn’t ususally use. Push yourself thru the other pieces.
