Strength Cycle: Open Cycle – Week 3

2 L: Power Snatch; Spl/S: Squat Snatch @ 80-85%
*Drop and reset each rep. Try to add a little weight from two weeks ago.
After your 6th set, give us 50 x 1-DB Russian Twists – L: 30/20; Spl/S: 50/35 (L+R=1)
*Break these up however you like, just get in the volume.

12 1-DB Snatch – L: 20/10; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
12 Box Step Overs; Spl/S: Jump Overs
12 Pullups
*This is designed to let you do everything in 2 sets or less. Work on efficient cycling of the Dumbbell and Box Overs. 12 reps shouldn’t be an issue for most.
