2 Power Clean and Jerk @ 75+%
*Only jerk the last rep. We want fast, crisp reps. These power clean and jerks are drop and reset between reps and should look very pretty.

30 Hanging Leg Raises (Spl/S: T2B)
20 Wallballs (S: 30/20)
10 Deadlifts – L: 155/105; Spl: 185/125; S: 225/155
20 Wallballs
30 Hanging Leg Raises (Spl/S: T2B)
40/30 Cal Bike or 48/34 Cal Row or Run 800m
*Cap = 16min. Small reps means you should be able to keep moving. If you break anything, keep the rest short.
