10 Deadlifts – L: 115/75; Spl: 155/105; S: 185/125
5 Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
*The time domain on this particular piece is tricky. If this workout was less than 10 minutes long, the goal would be to try and hang onto an aggressive pace; however, this piece is 15 minutes. Work to find a steady pace on the Box Step Overs (Jumps) so that the gymnastics and barbell portion of the workout don’t suffer.
