15/12 Cal Row or Bike or Run 200m
*The stimulus for this 4 round workout is “hair on fire” and hang on. The barbell weight should be something that can be completed in no more than 2 sets, ideally unbroken for at least a couple of rounds. The determining factor for this workout will be rowing/biking/running pace and the transition time between movements.
