-then, immediately into:

50 Wallballs – L: 20/14; Spl/S: 30/20
50 2-DB Power Snatch – L: 20/10; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
-then, immediately into:
2 Rounds
50 Burpees
50 2-DB Front Squats
-then, immediately into:
50 (1 x 2-DB Power Clean + 2 x 2-DB Front Rack Lunges + 1 x 2-DB Push Press)
*Cap = 35min. The dumbbell complex at the end gets reallllllly nasty. Fight thru it!

Sunday
AMRAP 12
12/9/12 Cal Bike or Row or Run 200m
12 Pushups; Spl/S: Ring Pushups
24 Double Unders

-rest 3min, then:

9 1-KB SDLHP – L: 35/24; Spl: 53/35; S: 70/53
6 Burpees
9 Box Step Ups (S: Jumps)
6 Burpees
