*Life, we’re giving you more chances to get more reps in. Splife/Sport, we know you’ll need more rest in between attempts.

L: 10; Spl/S: 5 Sandbag/Dball Cleans – L: 60/30; Spl: 100/60; S: 150/100
20 Hand-on-Plate Pushup; Spl: 10; S: 20 HSPU
20 Hanging Leg Raises; Spl: 10; S: 20 T2B
*Because this workout is so short, choose a rep scheme which allows you do everything in 2 sets (might fall to 3 towards the end). Intensity is key.
