Between Sets: Find 1RM Weighted Strict Pullup
*Get creative here. Use any object to weight the pullup. We have some belts with chains, but you can also rig up a band looped around your weight belt. If you can’t perform a strict pullup, work on high-volume band pullups (like 60 in as few sets as possible) or slow negatives

L: 30; Spl/S: 40 Snatches – L: 75/55; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/95
*Cap = 15min. Only 1 barbell per pair. Split the work however you see fit. Just work on moving fast, no standing around.
