Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 1 of 5

10-15 Ring Rows – share rings with friends, and add height to your feet (via a box) to add difficulty. Keep active shoulders the entire time and control the movement. Nothing is gained by *bouncing* ring rows

10 L: Pushups; Spl/S: Band-on-Back Pushups
L: 10; Spl: 15; S: 20 Banded Strict Pullups
10 Romanian Deadlift – share a bar w/ a partner
