Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 2 of 5

2 Back Squat @ 90+%
*All five sets are at 90+%
30sec Hanging Bent-Knee Leg-Raise; Spl: Hanging L-Sit; S: Parallette L-Sit
*Strive to curl your hips underneath you, so your core is engaged during these. You can also stack plates to use those as parallettes. It may be hard to complete the 30sec unbroken, so break it into multiple sets.

5 Rounds
Run 200m or Row 250/200m or Bike 500/400m
10 Hang Power Cleans – L: 95/65; Spl: 135/95; S: Hang Squat Cleans – 135/95
*Cap = 15min. You should find it very difficult, but not impossible, to hang onto heavy sets of 10 hang cleans. If you choose to break it up, then don’t let it exceed 2 sets.
