Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 3 of 5

OTM for 10min
L: 2 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat
Spl: 1 Clean Deadlift + 1 Squat Clean
S: 1 Squat Clean @ 72.5-80%
*Don’t exceed 80%. It’s heavy but we’re still working on technique. Life/Splife you get a few more opportunities to work on form, and the additional volume will help the muscle gainz, too.

10 KB Goblet Hold Box Step Overs – L: 35/24; Spl: 53/35; S: 70/53
10/7 Cal Bike or Row, or Run 100m
*Good bye butt cheeks. This one is going to be tough on the posterior chain. Step ups should be one set each time and the pace on the Bike/Row/Run should stay steady. Transition between movements will be the key to intensity.
