Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 5 of 5

OTM for 12min
L: 2 Power Cleans + 1 Front Squat
Spl: 1 Clean Deadlift + 1 Squat Clean
S: 1 Squat Clean @ 75-80%
*Don’t exceed 80%. It’s heavy but we’re still working on technique. Life/Splife you get a few more opportunities to work on form, and the additional volume will help the muscle gainz, too.

12 Power Snatch – L: 45/35; Spl: 75/55; S: 95/65
Rest 60sec
*Barbell cycling is the focus here. How well can you cycle the barbell after elevating your heart rate? Scale for unbroken Power Snatches each round after having rowed/bike/ran hard. If you’ll row/bike/run slowly in order to go unbroken, you missed the point.
