AMAP Strict T2B – cut yourself off when the movement stops being *strict*. If you can’t get any strict, then work on a slow negative, by kipping to the top and then controlling the descent.

WOD
Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m
24 Thrusters – L: 45/35; Spl: 75/55; S: 95/65
Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m
16 Thrusters
Run 400m or Row 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m
8 Thrusters
*Light Thrusters and Running… this will be painful. Scale so you can get big/unbroken sets of Thrusters. That last run should be hard knowing that 8 Thrusters is almost always doable, even if it hurts
