Strength Cycle: Cycle 1 – Week 1 of 7 (Test Week)

Find 2RM Hang Clean
*This Hang Clean is at the knee or above, similar to the Snatch from earlier this week. We want you to properly execute the third pull (the pull under the bar), without the assistance of the pull from the floor.

8 T2B; Spl: 4; S: 8 BMU
12 S2O – L: 75/55; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/95
16 Burpees (Spl/S: Over Bar)
*Cap = 12min. Shoulders are going to burn, and it’s going to be hard to breathe. Anytime you extend your arms overhead for T2B or S2O and try to breathe, things get tricky. So, be sure to focus on breathing and just move steadily.
