Min 2) 8 Banded Pushups – thicker band than last week
Min 3) Pick your poison:
Life: 2 x (1 Jumping Pullup Negative + 1 Hanging Leg Raise + 2 Hollow Swings)
Splife: 2 x (1 Kipping Pullup + 1 T2B + 2 C2B)
Sport: 2 x (1 Strict Pullup + 1 T2B + 1 C2B + 1 BMU)
*Squats and Pushups are little heavier than last week, and the Gymnastic work is a little more complex. Feel free to do them OTM, or do them all back-to-back so you have more time to rest. Your call!

2-DB Push Press; Spl: 1/2 Rep HSPU; S: HSPU
2-DB Front Squat – L: 25/15; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35 or 1-DB OHS
*This is quite a bit of both squatting and overhead volume, but we don’t want any rounds to exceed to 2 sets. The time domain here is sub 12min
