*Drop and reset. Jerk the last rep. Continue to focus on technique, not just heavy weight.

10 Power Snatch – L: 45/35; Spl/S: 75/55
L: 6; Spl: 9; S: 12 T2B
*Cap = 13min. Add 20/10lbs each round. It’s important to move well early so you’re not too fatigued later, as the weights increase. Keep your T2B to 2 sets.
