3 Snatch @ 70-75% of last week’s 1RM
6 Snatch-Grip Deadlift @ same weight
L: 10; Spl: 20; S: 30 Double Unders
*The DL’s & DU’s are optional, but add if you’re able. Snatches will alternate between medium & heavy weeks.

10 Front Squats – L: 45/35; Spl: 75/55; S: 115/75
10 Abmat Situps; Spl/S: T2B
10 L/Spl: Overhead Lunges (5l/5r) (S: OHS)
10 Abmat Situps; Spl/S: T2B
*We’re shooting for around 12min in today’s WOD. Ideally, the barbell work is unbroken the entire time. But, word of warning… Overhead Lunges have a way of sneaking up on you.
