Find a heavy single Back Squat close to 90%
3 Back Squat @ 80%

5 Rounds
6 Deadlift – L: 155/105; Spl: 205/135; 255/165lbs
9 Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
L: 6; Spl/S: 12 Pullups
*Cap = 10min. The cap means you gotta finish each round in under 2min. So, the deadlift must be unbroken, BJO should be consistent (without any lost steps), and you can’t waste time staring at the pullup bar.
