3 Burpees
1 Deadlift – L: 185/125; Spl: 255/165; S: 315/205
*Chase format. P1 does 5/3/1, then P2 does 5/3/1 for 20 rounds total (10 each).

-immediately into:

20 Rounds
5 Pullups
10 Pushups
15 Air Squats
*Chase format. P1 does 5/10/15, then P2 does 5/10/15 for 20 rounds total (10 each).

-immediately into:

20 Rounds
5 Wallballs
3 Burpees
1 Deadlift
*Chase format. Same as the first section. Total cap = 35min.
