Find a heavy single Back Squat close to 90%
3 Back Squat @ 82.5%

Run 400m or Row/Ski 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m
L: 8; Spl: 12; S: 16 Burpee Box Step Overs (S: Jump Overs)
*Rest at 3:30 each round. Our only goal here is to get you to go as hard as you can. Don’t leave anything in the tank! Pick a machine that you’re weak on and improve that weakness.
