Strength Cycle: Cycle 2 – Week 4 of 7

WOD 1
11, 9, 7, 5, 3, 1
DB Snatch – L: 30/20; S: 50/35; S: 70/50
Life: Cal Ski or Pullups; Spl: C2B or 1/2 BMU; S: BMU
*Cap = 10min. Choose a DB that’s a bit heavier than what you’d typically pick for a DB Snatch workout. Pullup/C2B/BMU should be 3 rounds or less each round so your intensity stays high.

WOD 2
3 Rounds
30 Situps
20 Thrusters – L: 45/35; Spl: 75/55; S: 95/65
10/7 Cal Bike/Ski/Row
Rest 2min
*Cap = 15min. If you complete each section at around 60sec, then you’re at no risk of hitting the cap. Thrusters are the important part to focus on today. Try to hit them unbroken, then sprint your 10/7 Cals each round.
