Strength Cycle: Cycle 2 – Week 5 of 7

2 Squat Cleans w/ Pause at Catch @ 80%
*Life = Power Clean, Front Squat w/ 2sec pause at bottom, then stand. Spl/S: Squat clean w/ 2sec pause at bottom.
Pump of Choice:
a) Practice Double Unders for WOD
b) 30sec Max Chinups
c) 30sec Max Slow Chinup Negatives

4 Rounds
L: 25; Spl: 40; S: 50 Double Unders
25 AKBS – L: 24/16; Spl: 35/24; S: 53/35
L: 15; Spl: 20 Burpees; S: 20 to 12″ Target
*Cap = 15min. Smart breaks will be crucial. Double Unders have such a significantly different metabolic effect than Single Unders. We highly recommend working to obtain *some* each round, rather than just doing Single Unders.
