*Heavier than two weeks ago. Don’t be tempted to shorten the pause at the bottom. Partner up and have someone count for you. We are working on the skill of front squatting, so the emphasis needs to be on technique, not necessarily weight.

L: 30; Spl: 40; S: 50 Double Unders
*We want you to be tempted to hold on for unbroken reps of Thrusters the entire time. The weight should be a little heavier than your *Fran* weight from last week. Time domain should be around 10-14min.
