Strength Cycle: Open Deload (Play Week)

Find 10RM Deadlift
*We worked on high-rep deads throughout the Open, so now’s your chance to test if you got any better at hanging onto that barbell. DO NOT get sloppy. Make these look pretty.

L: 150; Spl/S: 300 Double Unders
L: 80; Spl: 120; S: 150 Pullups
150 Shoulder to Overhead – L: 45/35; Spl: 75/55; S: 95/65
L: 80; Spl: 120; S: 150 Pushups
L: 150; Spl/S: 300 Double Unders
*Cap = 17min. If you spend more than 3min at any section, you might need to consider scaling the reps. But, you can make up time in places, so if you’re a Beast somewhere, use that and then be ok with going slower elsewhere.
