Strength Cycle: Post-Open Cycle – Week 2 of 5

OTM for 12min
L/Spl: 1 Snatch Deadlift + 1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Power Snatch
Spl/S: 1 Snatch Deadlift + 1 Snatch @ 70-80%
*Your positions should look the same in every variation of this lift.

12 2-DB Front Rack Lunges – L: 25/15; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
L: 6 Burpee Pullups; Spl: 3 Box-BMU; S: 3 BMU/RMU
Rest 30sec
*Scale the BMU/RMU however you need, if you’re interested in working on that skill today. Otherwise, Burpee Pullups will give you a great workout. However, if choosing to work on the muscle-up, the Box-MU is a great one, as are Band-MUs.
