L: Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch
S: Power Snatch + Squat Snatch + Hang Squat Snatch
*All variations are touch & go, so no resting on the floor.

3 Power Snatch – 135/85 (S: Squat Snatch – 165/110)
5 Nose-and-Toes Wall Walk or 15 Nose-and-Toes HS Shoulder Touches or 50′ *High Hips* Bear Crawl (S: 25′ HS Walk)
*For this high skill and heavy metcon, find a barbell weight that is roughly 80% of your 1RM. As for the handstands, we want you to work at something difficult for you.
