At a typical gym, you can lift some weights or jog on a treadmill, and see so-so results. Or, you can join Derby City where we’ll improve your overall fitness while doing so in a great community of like-minded people. We provide a balanced, long-term, sustainable training program so you can enjoy the highest quality of life.
* Try out an Elements Class alone or bring a friend. During that session, we’ll evaluate your current level of fitness. During the class you will also learn about our methodology and our unique application of training. Not all CrossFit gyms are the same. How an individual gym is run, the programming, the energy, and the specific philosophies vary greatly. Do your homework and find the best fit for you.
* When you decide to complete our full beginner program, you can attend our Elements classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday @ 7am OR Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday @ 7:30pm. The cost of the course is $99 and lasts for 4 weeks. There is no obligation to join once you’ve finished the classes. Our Elements program lays a foundation for you to make great physical and mental changes. In the program, you’ll challenge yourself in new ways, as we teach you various exercise movements and speak to you about nutrition, goal-setting and other topics.
* When you’re finished with your first month of Elements classes and decide to stay, you can attend unlimited classes at any hour for $125/month. And, we only require a 3 month commitment and 30 days notice prior to cancellation. We feel 3 months is the minimum time you need to fully appreciate the mental and physical changes you’ll experience with our brand of training.
