Competitor Training

Then we have what you are looking for. The DC Comp Class meets Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, Fridays at 5:30pm, and Saturday mornings.

For those wishing to compete in the sport of CrossFit, we aim to excel in three areas: Strength, Skills and Conditioning, and to improve in these areas every month, every week, every day. We want our competitors to be comfortable with movement variation, gymnastics, variation in loads and speeds for all lifts, energy systems, etc… For a competitor, the priority is competing, then improving on that, then competing again. You likely have a large base of training experience which allows you the opportunity to make CrossFit a sport for you, more than a hobby. We utilize detailed phases of training, high volume, high load skill work, and high intensities for competitors.
