*The overall time domain for this piece is 8-13 minutes, so the Pullup Bar work is meant to be a little more difficult / take more time. That means you should feel confident choosing a difficult skill level or rep scheme today. If Pullups/BMUs are your jam, then your goal should be to run HARD for four rounds.
