*Back to the Snatch this week with a slightly higher percentage. 85% for 3 reps will start to get challenging.
1 Clean & Jerk – L: 95/65; Spl: 135/95; S: 155/105
3 L: AKBS – L: 35/24; Spl: Pullups; S: C2B
2 Clean and Jerks
6 L: AKBS; Spl: Pullups; S: C2B
3/9, 4/12, 5/15, 6/18, etc.
*This will go from manageable to really difficult very quickly. If you’re working on Pullups or C2B, try this workout while pulling as close as possible to your chin or chest while maintaining rhythm. Quick singles should be the way to go with the barbell.
