*Last week we had our 5×5 at 90%, this week our goal is to hit a new 5RM, ideally 5lbs more than Test Week so that next week’s 5×5 is also a little heavier.
WOD
30 Power Cleans – L: 75/55; Spl: 95/65; S: 115/75
30 Front Squats
30 Thrusters
Run 400m or Row/Ski 500/400m or Bike 1100/900m
*That last 400m Run is gonna make you feel like a baby horse just learning how to run. Try to do big sets with the barbell. You’re only going thru once, so use this as a chance to get out of your comfort zone.
