Strength Cycle: Cycle 3 – Week 5

Find 5RM Back Squat
*Last week we had our 5×5 at 90%, this week our goal is to hit a new 5RM, ideally 5lbs more than two weeks ago so that next week’s 5×5 is also a little heavier.

12 1-DB Snatch – L: 25/15; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
L: 9/6; Spl/S: 12/9 Cal Row/Ski/Bike
*Rip thru 5 rounds as fast as possible and then hang on for whatever you have left in the tank. The pull-pull stimulus will be challenging, but the lower rep scheme should allow to move fast the entire time.
