Monday Is Coming

Monday is coming. But, we don’t want you to look for motivation to make it to the gym this week. We want you to build the habits that make “gym-going” a constant in your life. Motivation is short lived. Discipline is long-lasting, and the results you want lie on the other side of your comfort zone. 

You don’t need to be firebreather, have a 6-pack, or even be a former athlete to succeed at Derby City. You need to have a good work ethic, passion, and hustle. And if you’re a good person along the way, even better.
