What brought you to DCCF and how long have you been a member?
Originally from Louisville, moved here from Indianapolis about a month ago. I have officially been a member of DCCF for 3 weeks now.

What brought you to DCCF?
-I heard good reviews and the location was perfect so I emailed DCCF and came to find out that Andrew was part of the daily operations (who I had previously known) so it was a no brain-er from there.

Did you play any sports in High School or College?
-No

Tell us about your CrossFit goals…
-My main goals for Crossfit, is to keep getting stronger and to be able to perform all movements Rx (i.e Muscle-Ups, and Handstand walking). As long as I am always improving that is all that I look for.

What are your proudest accomplishments in CrossFit?
-Since I started Crossfit about 1 year and a half ago, I am most proud of the fact that I have already done 2 competitions, (1 team and 1 individual) and will be doing my 3rd in September. I really enjoy team competitions and trying to accomplish a goal as a group.

Since joining, what changes have you seen in your life?
-Since I started Crossfit I would have to say that I have physically gotten stronger and my mindset has changed for sure. I come in to DCCF in the mornings and I try to keep a positive mentality the rest of the day.

What areas are you working to improve?
-I really need to get stronger (especially with squats), I also want to improve on some of my gymnastic work.

If you could have a theme song playing when you workout, what would it be?
-“It’s TRICKY” (why not)

If we named a WOD for you, what would it consist of?
-Rowing, Running, Burpees (anything that sucks, I’m in)

Are you paleo? Zone? Neither? Some of all? What is your experience with that?
-No, but I’m always down to grab a beer with ya.

Do you use CrossFit principals in any other areas of your life?
-Yes, the mentality that I take away from Crossfit has really improved my quality of life and my job requires physical labor with awkward shaped items so that has been a big help as well.

What do you like to do in your down time?
-I really enjoy hanging out with good people, going to the lake, and I enjoy any kind of sporting events. Always down to have a good time.
