Positive self-talk is all the rage these days. Everyone’s “living their best life” and curating their social media to reflect that.

But, are you seeing thru the influencer-lifestyle bullsh*t and simply trying to get your work done and done well? Good. Yea, you know it’s important to believe in yourself; but, you don’t fall prey to the curated scam. There are Frye Festivals everywhere these days, and you don’t need to do unspeakable things to secure water for the island (if you know what we mean).

A class at Derby City isn’t just an opportunity to get fit, it’s a chance to maintain belief in yourself. A chance to create and hone intense mental effort, focus, and resilience. A chance to work on your resolve. A chance to work on your determination and grit. That’s the kind of positive self-talk we like.
