40/30 Cal Bike/Row/Ski

80 Deadlifts
L: 30; Spl: 45; S: 60 Pullups
40/30 Cal Bike/Row/Ski

*In remaining time, max distance 2-KB Farmer’s Carry – L: 35/24; Spl: 53/35; S: 70/53. Switch whenever you want. Turn around at the 100m or 200m mark. Keep your eye on the clock.
