*We’re looking to prime your body & mind for tomorrow’s Open WOD with today’s power Olympic work. We’ll alternate each week between Power Snatch and Power Clean to Push Jerk. These should be snappy, fast, perfect reps.

10 Deadlift – L: 96/65; Spl: 135/85; S: 155/105
*This is meant to be a low-load, intense workout. You should be breathing hard, but it shouldn’t destroy you for tomorrow. Think of it like a fitness merry-go-round. Feel free to break things up, but keep the rest short.
