*Thursdays during the Open Cycle will focus on priming your fast twitch muscles with power olympic lifting movements, so you’re ready for Friday’s Open workout. Each week will alternate between Power Snatch and Power Clean to Push Jerk.

8 Pike Pushups; Spl: 4; S: 8 HSPU
*Do not allow yourself to run into roadblocks in today’s workout. Scale the weight/reps so you are moving the entire time.
