*We want to you to learn for yourself how fast barbell cycling affects your T2B/BMU/Pullups/Whatever. If you learn how to do the *bounce* hang snatch or are simply more efficient, you’ll have more grip endurance in the final few minutes of this AMRAP. Both the barbell and bar muscle ups should be 1 set every round.
