1 High Hang (above knee) Power Clean +
1 Low Hang (below knee) Power Clean +

*No resetting between reps. Rest remainder of minute. Add weight as you’re able.

16/10 Cal Bike/Row/Ski or Sprint 200m
15 Tall Box Step Ups – 24/20 (Spl/S: Jumps – 30/24)
14 2-DB Push Press – L: 25/15; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
5min Recovery Bike/Row/Ski between Rounds 1 & 2
*Treat Round 1 like it’s the only round. Give this a sprint effort. It’s about pure power output.
