L: 2 Power Snatch; Spl/S: 1 Squat Snatch @ 82.5-92.5%

WOD
75 Wallballs; Spl/S: Thrusters – 75/55
L: 40; Spl: 60 Pullups; S: 60 C2B
40/28 Cal Bike or 48/34 Cal Row/Ski or Run 800m
*Cap = 12min. For some, this may turn into an AMRAP 12 where you’re trying to get as far as possible on the Row/Bike/Ski until the cap hits.
