2 Power Cleans @ 80-90%

L: 6 Hand-on-Plate Pushups; Spl: 6; S: 9 HSPU
*Some touch & go reps are expected at this weight for C&J. If you keep everything at 2 sets you should be able to move at a consistent 75-85% effort the entire time.
