*Percentage goes up again from last time. Reps should be smooth with a focus on an upright torso.

9 Jumping Pullups; Spl: 12; S: 15 Pullups
*Every Open, it’s best to be prepared for something waaaaaaay outside of your comfort zone. A *Fran*-like workout will take you well outside of it. We’re shooting for sub-10min here.
