*Press like it’s 90%. Continue to focus on SPEED when pressing overhead. This should be a little bit heavier than two weeks ago.

15 Clean and Jerks – L: 95/65; Spl: 135/85; S: S: 165/105
10 L: Burpee Pullups; Spl: 6; S: 10 BMU
15 Power Snatch – L: 75/55; Spl: 115/75; S: 135/95
15 Burpee Box Step Overs (Spl/S: Jump Overs)
*Cap = 20min. This chipper could easily turn into *In 20min, get as far as possible…* We’re not totally sure that finishing in 20min is possible. Maybe prove us wrong? Take off some weight for each of the barbell movements.
