Find 3RM Back Squat
*Shoot for heavier than last week’s 3 reps at 90%. You might surprise yourself today.

10 2-DB Thrusters – L: 25/15; Spl: 35/25; S: 50/35
Run 100m or Row/Ski 100/85m or Bike 200/200m
*Everything should be scaled to be unbroken for the entire 10min so you can keep a frantic pace. We want to see people with 6+ rounds.
