5 Touch & Go Squat Clean @ 60-70% 1RM – add weight each set
*Goal for today’s lift is to practice cycling a moderate-heavy barbell. Often times in class, when the barbell is heavy, we default to singles on our reps. Here is a chance to practice barbell cycling.

*This may look like a long piece, but it’s designed to be a burner that takes less than 12min. Barbell weight should be something you can move in 2 sets or less for the majority of the workout.
