5 Back Squat @ 90% 5RM
*All five sets of five are at 90% of last week’s 5 rep max. We’re alternating between 5RM and 5×5 at 90% of the 5RM, giving you equal doses of intensity and volume.
L: 40; Spl/S: 50 Wallballs
L: 20 Situps; Spl/S: 20 T2B
*This piece will be tough on the shoulders & arms. They don’t get much of a break anywhere here. Be intelligent about small sets with short rest so you don’t blow up and are forced to rest longer, later.
