+ L: 10; S: 20 Double Unders
*Both in the minute. Shoot for at least 15sec of rest each round

-rest 3min, then:

OTM for 10min:
10 2-DB Lunges
+ 10 Box Step Ups
*Both in the minute

-rest 3min, then:

In 10min, complete:
50 2-DB Devil Press (burpee + snatch)
*3 Wallball OTM. Start with Wallball
