Using the C2 Bike

We have a couple new Concept 2 BikeErgs in the gym. They’re a great option for anyone suffering from an upper body injury that prevents them from using an arm (or two). ⠀

This Bike is similar, but different, to the Rower and Skier, so the screen will look virtually identical to those of the Rower & Skier. ⠀

But Coach Brendan is here with some tips on setting up your BikeErg, if you are ever suffering from a bad wing but still want to get your workout in for the day. ⠀

And of course, when in doubt, ask a Coach for assistance! ⠀
